These terms govern your use of the Nutmakers website and your submission of wholesale sourcing inquiries.
1. About this website
This website provides general information about Nutmakers and our wholesale nut sourcing and distribution services. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Wholesale inquiries and quotations
Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase order, supply commitment, agency relationship, or binding contract. Any quotation is subject to product availability, final specifications, origin, quality requirements, minimum order quantities, payment terms, shipping conditions, regulatory requirements, and written acceptance.
3. Product information
Product descriptions, origins, formats, availability, timing, and other information are indicative and may change. Photographs are illustrative. Final specifications and certificates must be confirmed in the applicable quotation, order confirmation, or supply agreement.
4. Orders, payment, and delivery
Accepted orders are governed by written commercial terms agreed for that transaction. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated in a signed agreement. Delays may occur because of harvest conditions, inspections, customs, transport disruptions, force majeure, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape it at an unreasonable rate, or use its content for unlawful or misleading purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The Nutmakers name, squirrel mark, website design, copy, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Nutmakers. You may view the website for legitimate business evaluation but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its materials without prior written permission.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutmakers disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising solely from website use.
